Many of the remaining Gear, now leaderless have become dormant. Others are hunted down and eliminated.

Some are being saved by mystery identities. Some report that the remains of Gear were running to an unknown portal, it stated that someone had guided them unknown.

Despite this news, Mankind was finally free from the catastrophic menace brought on by the Gear.

At the same time, Kliff Undersn dies during the Second Holy Order Tournament.

Valient to the end Kliff's final return to battle shows his mastery of Ki to such a degree, that it could temporarily de-age his body, allowing him to fight in his prime. His death was mourned by those closest to him.

Ky Kiske sit down and pray for his honor.

Sol Badguy behind the tree, avoid getting involved with Ky during his visit to Kliff's grave

Testament placed a flower to remind them of their father.

A Japanese man named Crow Kuruwaba works as branch chief for the Post-War Administration Bureau.

Operating in the shadow, the organization has been gathering deep intel on everyone and everything.

Using combat data from Ky Kiske, Crow creates an imitation series soldier unit known as Robo Ky.

After the Crusader, there are two groups of surviving Gear that were able to exist independently of Justice secretly gathering away from human eyes.

They isolate themselves on two different islands.

The first was known as the Ganymede Archipelago.

Uninterested in humanity, but entirely interested in research. The leader of this group manages to access and observe an alternate world parallel to our own. It will come to be known as The Backyard

The second was Takamagahara

Rimuru wants to keep the remaining Gear safe due to they were being controlled by Justice. He creates this place for the same reason as the leader of Ganymede. Because all of Gear was unnamed, so he gives all of them a name to make them like a human.

Unaware of him, thanks to the remaining part of Justice merged with his body, he is somehow able to evolve Gear into an entirely different entity.

That Man was observing him from mystery magic, was very amused.

The Plackard Company Incident.

The incident caught the attention of both Ky and Sol. Rimuru was aware of this but choose not involved with it.

The reason is an ancient site of old-world ruin.

Discovery of The Golden Discs

Rimuru comes to the ruin to search for something useful but he has arrived a little too late. A group called Jellyfish Pirate discovered a Golden Disc

Disc contains a full record of old-world technology, culture, and scientific world knowledge created in 2014.

Johnny, the captain of Jellyfish Pirate, found it and recognized how dangerous it was. He cuts it into unrecognizable pieces, and gives a shard to each Jellyfish Pirate as a pendant.

Rimuru still searching until he saw Ky and a giant muscular were fighting. Ky barely triumphs using his Ride, the lighting technique, staggering him.

Rimuru recognized him as Potemkin in the tournament. He saw a Golden Disc as something he wants to know.

Ky told Potemkin that he swear to prevent the history of the past repeat itself even if it cost his life, Potemkin laugh at his statement.

An IPF rescue ship suddenly closes in and Ky is able to escape. Rimuru sneaks in to have a chance the Disc from his hand.

Ky tried to request the Disc but IPF denied it.

While they are flying away, the ship was attacked and forced to land.

(Damn! It's a fire spell from Sol!) – Rimuru

Rimuru wasn't aware of Sol's Attack. He takes another chance to sneak while they are fighting until...

(Another Disc! Sweet! I just need them to lower their guard down.) – Rimuru

Sol and Ky face off in the crater. Sol is getting the upper hand, but before anything can be settled, an IPF captain with reinforcement arrives, wielding back tech firearm. Sol was gunned down by bullets while Ky was shocked to see his superior already using the forbidden technology, and he realized Potemkin was right.

IPF can't be trusted. They knew Ky's refusal to handle the Disc and take aim at him until...

DRAGON INSTALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sol activates his "DRAGON INSTALL"

An ability allowing him to surge with power from his inner Gear Beast Form.

He melts through the soldier, but Ky stops him from killing them and will take them into custody.

With a clear understanding, they each try to destroy their own Golden Disc but...

Another Interrupt from Rimuru who was patient enough for a chance to take their Golden Disc and successfully take away both of them.

"Nice! Thank you for finding those. Don't wor-r.... OOHOH!!!" – Rimuru

Sol wastes no time letting someone else take their disc from them. Sol attacked Rimuru with Gun Flame without giving him a chance.

Following the next move, Sol launched Volcanic Viper but Rimuru teleported away from him.

Ky immediately used his Lightning Technique, Sacred Edge, and aim at him.

At the same time, Sol activated his DRAGON INSTALL, and used his Fire Technique, Tyrant Rave with a maximum level.

With two powerful techniques aimed at him, there is no way to escape except...

DEVOURER

Using both hands, a black typhoon appeared and absorb both techniques.

Sol and Ky were surprised that both of their technique hadn't affected him.

"Fine! You guys want to destroy this Disc, right?" – Rimuru

Rimuru burns those Discs on his hand instantly. Ky and Sol are still concerned about him although he burns those Discs in front of them.

Ky asked him what he try to do with those Discs when he escape from their hand. Rimuru refused to tell him anything and only ask about Chloe's well-being.

Hearing Chloe still live well, that's fine to him.

Before any questions could be asked, Rimuru disappeared here again, leaving Sol and Ky to think.

Unknown to them, those Discs that burn were fake and the real one was still in his hand.

Several days later, word spread far and wide about the mysterious humanoid Gear living in Hell's Forest. Somehow still functional in a world without Gear. As information spread, so did panic.

A report stated: this Gear is functioning properly, even though its activity should be inhibited by its lack of leadership.

There are no signs of abnormalities or physical damage. It is also noted that no civilians have been harmed either intentionally or accidentally.

Mankind made several attempts to eliminate the Gear but to its tremendous combat abilities. It was been unsuccessful.

The number of casualties has yet to be confirmed, we're currently keeping the Gear under surveillance. A Gear exerting its own will without Justice terrified mankind. With the possibility of the emergence of a second Command Class Gear.

Furthermore, rumors were spreading that nations were still somehow intent on possessing military-purposed Gears.

The public was having none of it however and took a stand. With the coming of an anti-Gear movement, an announcement was made.

Whoever brings about the demise of this dread Gear shall be rewarded with the lofty sum of W$ 500.000!

That Gear was known as Dizzy, the strongest Gear on Earth, descended from man and demon, with the power to rend the Earth, burn the heaven, and destroy mankind.

Bounty Hunter from around the globe begins to congregate in the forest that she calls home.

Chloe and Hinata were hearing about a Gear in the forest. It revealed a young girl with a sad look. Chloe feels like that girl just wants contact with humans.

Chloe remembered Rimuru who had been a Gear that save her. Rimuru was revealed by Justice while she is hiding.

Hinata feels the same thing as Chloe, so they go searching for the Gear.

Meanwhile, Rimuru found out about this Gear through his personal computer and settle to find this Gear to safe place.

A number of familiar faces from the Second Holy Order Tournament cross paths in search of the bounty.

Some like Potemkin are sent in officially on secret orders to escort the target back to Zepp.

Others like Ky Kiske choose to intervene, not on behalf of the IPF, but as civilian bounty hunters.

Or Anji Mito, a curious Japanese man, who simply wants to explore and learn about the world.

Each intends to resolve the situation in its own way.

But no matter who approaches Hell's Forest, Testament stand ready to greet them and fight to protect Dizzy.

None are allowed to trespass on her holy ground.

"Gear Must Die"

Rimuru who on his way to get to Hell's Forest. He accidentally encountered Anji Mito in someplace.

"A Japanese?" – Rimuru

"Oh! You're insightful! Yes, I'm Japanese, Anji Mito." – Anji

"What are you doing here? You should be in the Colony." – Rimuru

"I just want to learn about the world, so I leave." – Anji

"Those Fan... Are they a piece of OutRage?" – Rimuru

"OutRage? I think you are wrong. This is Zessen that I found somewhere in the Colony. Oh, wait! Is that Katana you have there?" – Anji

"Uh...Yes?" – Rimuru

"No one other than the Colony itself would wield a traditional Katana in this day and the way you speak is Japan too. Are you Japanese too?" – Anji

"Yes! I'm Japanese before I was transformed into the Gear right after the destruction of Japan." – Rimuru

"What!? You become A Gear right in the Black Sunshine incident. That's impossible!" – Anji

"Look! I don't have time to explain. I'm leaving now." – Rimuru

"Wait!" – Anji

Rimuru teleported away before Anji could say anything.

"Damn... Uh? He drops something *picks a scroll* Hmm... Takamagahara?" – Anji

Upon arriving where Dizzy is, Sol fights against her alongside her unique wing.

As they fight, one of her wings shapeshifts into a reaper and charges a GAMMA RAY which both Sol and Rimuru recognize as the same kind of power both of them have faced when fighting Justice.

Sol defeats Dizzy, and she asks him to finish her off before she could hurt anyone else.

Before landing a fatal blow, he was stopped by Rimuru who hold his sword with one hand.

"Enough! She was an innocent Gear." – Rimuru

"What do you want? She asked me to kill her." – Sol

"True. But I don't want to see a girl get killed in front of my eyes. I also have deal with That Man too." – Rimuru

When hearing the name That Man, Sol rages and attacked him with Gun Flame.

Rimuru dodges his fire.

"Where is he !?" – Sol

"I'm afraid I can't tell you." –

"Go the hell!" – Sol

Sol and Rimuru fought each other. Sol knocks him away and follows along with his Bandit Bringer.

Rimuru used his Lighting technique, Stom Terror. He creates a storm around his body acts of defense and knocks Sol away.

Sol activated his DRAGON INSTALL and revealed his Gear Beast form again.

"So, this is a pure Gear cell." – Rimuru

Sol used Fafnir on him. He sent a flame punch at him until...

"DRAGON INSTALL" – Rimuru

Rimuru enters the same state as Sol with several differences. Half of his face was covered with magic radiation and on his back, grow a single bat wing. A notable feature is his sword imbued with a black fire energy sword that turned it into even a dangerous weapon.

Dizzy senses Rimuru's power so similarly, it feels like seeing her mother.

Sol waste no time. He used his signature technique, Tyrant Rave. He fired a massive fireball with enough to devastate an entire mountain.

Except...

Rimuru charges massive energy at his palm hand but...

(What! This energy! don't tell me!) – Sol

GAMMA RAY

The same attack Justice used when he fight against her.

This person can use the same power as her too.

Two massive energy clash with each other but Gamma rays overwhelmed his technique and defeat him.

Upon defeating Sol, Rimuru falls to his knee as he takes a breath. Sol is still alive but unconscious.

Chloe, Hinata, and Ky Kiske arrived a little late. They saw Rimuru and Dizzy sit next other while Sol is unconscious.

Ky asked Rimuru what happen and he explain.

Ky understands the story and Dizzy's current situation.

Chloe hugs his savior when they meet again while Hinata hesitated for some reason.

Rimuru discussed with Ky where Dizzy can live. Ky wants him to trust Dizzy to him as said it just like that thing when he asked him.

Rimuru smiled and agree to trust Ky on Dizzy's safety.

Chloe and Hinata want to Rimuru home place although he tried to refuse but gives up.

Sol is now awake and stands up. He immediately asked Rimuru again about That Man.

Sol and Rimuru stared at each other while rising their magic energy level. Ky interrupted this and have a conversation with Sol.

Sol leaves the Grove with an angry look.

Dizzy decided to leave the Grove with Ky while Testament is distrustful of humans but accepts Dizzy's choice.

Testament chooses to remain to ensure that she can live life off the grid away from those that would hunt her down.

Ky entrusted her to join Jellyfish Pirate aboard the Mayship.

Before Rimuru leave this Grove, he noticed a girl who hide behind the tree. He decided to ignore it.
